Course Description:
In this course students will learn the methods and materials used in drawing, while they learn to create realistic drawings and use of charcoal. Various method will be discussed. Materials used will include, graphite, charcoal, and pastel (optional). Participants will learn how to block-in an image by making simple shapes and simplify values into light and shadow. Demonstrations will be provided and the use of different drawing surfaces will be discussed. Still life set-up can be provided. Check our material list

    Course Description: Do you want to learn to paint beautiful landscapes and seascapes with Acrylic or Oil colors but sounds very complicated? No worries!!! By understanding some basic principles you can produce some fantastic work. You will learn the basics of composition, shape, value, texture and color harmony. This class is for beginner as well as for intermediate. In this class emphasis will be provided on step-by-step sequence on seeing composition, distinguishing light and shadow, play of light and color, effective application of paint to achieve the desired look. You will learn choosing right colors, also, how to use palette knife to add textures. You can bring your own reference pictures.

    Course Description: his workshop is for beginner as well as intermediate learners. You will learn how to set up your color palette, creating transparent, translucent and opaque washes, and identifying and mixing the values and hues that you want to work with. You will learn how to vary your work between sharp and soft lines, train your eye to identify and recreate gradation, and lay in light and shadow accurately and how to balance color blending and textures.
