Course Description: Learn how to realistically portray flowers and plants in watercolor. The instructor Anju Saran will teach the basics of botanical illustration. She will teach students in a step by step method the traditional techniques of watercolor painting, observational skills and color mixing. Demonstration and individual attention will be part of the course. Her teaching techniques for capturing flowers and plants are beautifully simple – but received good results. Ask for material list.

You will learn choosing right colors, also, how to use palette knife to add textures. You can bring your own reference pictures.
