Acrylic is the most versatile medium. If you are new to painting, the Acrylic medium is the best medium to start with. The paints dry quickly. It’s a non-toxic water-based fun-loving medium. It can be applied as thin and watery like watercolors or it can be thick like oil colors. You will learn what materials and surfaces can be used for painting with acrylic, how to mix and apply the best match of colors and values of colors to match the exact shades of the subject. We will cover materials and setup, color mixing, brush handling techniques. Join this class to unleash your inner artist. A new painting in each class will give you a better understanding of handling the colors, mediums, complexity and details of the subject.
