Become a pioneer of basic art elements and principles. Acquire drawing skills such as use of positive/negative space and creating a strong composition. Become observant and develop a keen eye. Graphite, brush & ink, gouache paint, colored pencil and oil pastel are some essentials we will explore. Glitter, beads and feathers are unnecessary excess cargo. You will draw, cut, fold, trace, measure, shade, layer and blend. Trailblazers can chose their own subject matter and your instructor will help to map out your course.
