Course Description:
This is the class for those who have prior experience with watercolor and would like to learn new techniques, improve and refresh existing skills and work on developing their style. The focus of demonstrations and exercises will be on multiple watercolor techniques such as shadows, composition, color, texture impact of light, blending and mixing colors, washes, layering, wet-on-wet, wet on dry, dry brush, and much more. After learning the techniques you will then experiment your knowledge on more complex painting subjects i.e. landscapes, florals, animals, and still life and portraits. Every week new step-by-step demonstrations provide guidance and new ideas for all levels of experience. You will be happy with the results.
