Course Description:
In this fun and informative class, you have a choice to learn painting with Pastels or Watercolors or both. The instructor Anju Saran will guide you the basics of and painting with pastels and/or watercolors. It encourages students to understand the character of the watercolor medium and determine what techniques are best for each subject. The students will also learn the fundamental watercolor techniques such as wet on wet color blending, mixing, wet on dry brush, spattering, layering, lifting colors. Students can combine the pastels and watercolors and make beautiful paintings. Relaxed classroom with soft music and hands on step by step demonstrations… what else you need.
